On the 5th day of October, 2007, Mintz & Partners Limited ("MPL"), became the Court- appointed Receiver and Manager in respect of the properties as described above ("Sabourin et al" or the "Companies") by virtue of being appointed by the Honourable Justice Cummings of the Superior Court of Justice, Commercial List pursuant to the Courts of Justice Act to take possession of the assets of Sabourin et al, insolvent corporations.
Deloitte Restructuring Inc. is assisting Mintz & Partners Limited in finalizing this receivership.
