On September 9, 2019, the Petitioners, Stornoway Diamond Corporation, Stornoway Diamonds Canada Inc., Ashton Mining of Canada Inc., and FCDC Sales and Marketing Inc. hereby sought and obtained an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division), district of Montréal (the "Court").

On November 7, 2019, 7936567 Canada Inc. (formerly named Stornoway Diamonds Corporation), 11641638 Canada Inc and 11641735 Canada Inc. filed assignments in Bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the estates of the bankrupts. The meetings of creditors were held November 26, 2019, at 10:00 am, at the trustee office, 1190 av. des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Montreal QC H3B 0M7. At the November 26, 2019 meeting, it was unanimously resolved that the meeting be further adjourned to December 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the trustee office.
