Introduction and Overview

​On March 19, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as receiver and manager (the "Receiver") in respect of all the assets and property of Surface Pro Services Inc., Atkins Kuntz Constructions Group Inc., and 2049829 Alberta Inc.

On February 28, 2020, Surface Pro Services Inc. and Atkins Kuntz Construction Group Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the trustee.


The Receiver obtained its discharge on March 18, 2020 and the Trustee obtained its discharge on June 7, 2021.
