Taiga Motors Corporation

Introduction and Overview

​​​​​​​​​​On July 10, 2024, Taiga Motors Corporation, Taiga Motors Inc., Taiga Motors America Inc., and CGGZ Finance Corp. (collectively “Taiga”) hereby sought and obtained an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division), district of Montréal (the "Court").​​​

​

9526-1624 Québec Inc., for which Deloitte Restructuring Inc. has also been appointed as Monitor, has been created as a result of the Reverse Vesting Order (RVO) transaction approved by the Court on October 10, 2024. On April 3, 2025, 9526-1624 Québec Inc. declared bankruptcy.​
