​​NOTICE is hereby given that ​The S.M. Group International LP filed an assignment on May 12, 2022 and Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on May 31, 2022 10:00 AM, by videoconference. Any creditor wishing to attend the meeting is required to contact the trustee by email at "montrealrs@deloitte.ca" before Monday May 30, 2022 3:00 PM.
