On November 5, 2024, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver and Manager, without security, of all the assets, undertakings and property of Uppal Farms & Greenhouses Ltd.
On October 21, 2025, the Receiver assigned Uppal Farms & Greenhouses into bankruptcy, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the Company.
The First Meeting of Creditors will take place on November 7, 2025 via Microsoft Teams meeting. Those requesting further information may contact the Trustee at the contact details below.
