​​​​​Please be advised that Deloitte Restructuring Inc was appointed as the Receiver (the “Receiver") of certain lands, other assets and property of Whitewater Concrete Ltd. (“Concrete"), Whitewater Developments Ltd. (“Developments" and together with Concrete, the “Operating Companies") and 145 Golden Drive Ltd. (“145", and together with the Operating Companies, the “Debtors") pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia pronounced on July 2, 2024 (the “Receivership Order").
