​#On July 22, 2019, Armoires Fabritec Ltée and Armoires Canboard Ltée has filed a Notice of Intention under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee.

On July 22, 2019, the Superior Court of Quebec rendered an order appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. Receiver to all the assets of Armoires Fabritec Ltd and Armoires Canboard Ltd, under section 243 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On August 21, 2019, Restructuration Deloitte Inc. as receiver of Armoires Fabritec Ltée and Armoires Canboard Ltée , filed a petition for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Said petition was granted, thereby having the effect of prolonging the delay in which to file the proposal by an additional forty-five (45) days, until October 5, 2019.

On October 4, 2019, Restructuration Deloitte Inc. as receiver of Armoires Fabritec Ltée and Armoires Canboard Ltée , filed a petition for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Said petition was granted, thereby having the effect of prolonging the delay in which to file the proposal by an additional forty-five (45) days, until November 19, 2019.

On November 19, 2019, Restructuration Deloitte Inc. as receiver of Armoires Fabritec Ltée and Armoires Canboard Ltée , filed a petition for an extension of delay in accordance with the Section 50.4 paragraph 9 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Said petition was granted, thereby having the effect of prolonging the delay in which to file the proposal by an additional forty-five (45) days, until January 3, 2019.

On January 4, 2020, Armoires Fabritec Ltée and Armoires Canboard Ltée were deemed to have make an assignment of their property (bankruptcy) in accordance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. The first meeting of creditors of the Bankrupt will held on the 23rd day of January at 2:00 p.m. (Fabritec) and at 2:30 p.m. (Canboard), at the office of the Trustee located at 1190 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montreal (La Tour Deloitte), Suite 500, at Montreal.
