December 1, 2015 – The meeting of creditors to consider Equishare's Proposal to creditors was held on November 30, 2015. At the meeting, the Proposal was unanimously approved by creditors voting by proxy or by voting letter.
An application will be made on December 17, 2015 at 09:45 am in the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") for the approval of the Proposal. The following documents were sent to Creditors on December 1, 2015 and are posted to this website:
December 2, 2015 – On December 2, 2015, by way of posting to this website, the Trustee issued a notice to all creditors that had not yet proven their claims stating that all proof of claim forms (with supporting documentation) must be submitted to the Trustee by no later than December 31, 2015 in order to be eligible for a dividend distribution. The Trustee will not accept any claims received after December 31, 2015.
December 17, 2015 - An Application for the approval of the Proposal was heard by the Court on December 17, 2015 and the following Order was granted approving the Proposal:
