On May 18, 2018, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed to act as Receiver to all assets, pursuant to a receivership order rendered under section 243 BIA by the Superior Court of Québec, Commercial Division (the “Receivership Order”).
On July 24, 2018, Groupe Cidreco Inc. filed an assignment and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee to the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Assignment.
The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt has been held on August 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., at the Trustee's Office, located at La Tour Deloitte, 1190 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Room 4-002, Montreal, QC, H3B 0M7.
