​​On June 29, 2016, Trackimo Inc. (“Trackimo” or the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as trustee (the “Trustee”).

On June 29, 2016, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of Trackimo pursuant to the powers of a general security agreement.

For clarity, Trackimo Inc. (an Ontario corporation) was the exclusive distributor of the Trackimo Brand in North America. Trackimo LLC and its parent company Vestigo Ltd., who are the manufacturers and service providers of the global Trackimo Brand, are not part of the proceedings and have advised Deloitte Restructuring Inc. that they will continue to provide support for all Trackimo Inc. customers in North America.
