On the 4th of August, 2016, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as the Receiver of 1926378 Alberta Ltd. and Sprockit Apps Inc.  A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.

​On December 11, 2020, the Receiver was Discharged from the Estate.
