On the 2nd of December, 2016, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as the Receiver of Elements West Inc./Damen Trucking Ltd.  A copy of the Receivership Order is found below.

On November 2, 2020, the Receiver was Discharged from the Estate.
