​On September 4, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Forever Fruit Co. Ltd. and 250 Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the "Debtors") acquired​ for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors.
