​On February 10, 2023 (the “Date of the Certificate of Appointment"), SpaceRyde Inc. (the “Company") filed an Assignment in Bankruptcy under section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA"). Pursuant to the Assignment in Bankruptcy, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Trustee of the Company's bankruptcy estate.  The Trustee's appointment is subject to confirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors.​​
