On April 15, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an Order (the “Receivership Order") appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc., without security, as receiver (the “Receiver") of (i) all of the assets, undertakings and property of Vibrant Vine Winery Inc. (the “Debtor"), and (ii) the real property owned by the Respondents Wyn and Marion Lewis and pledged as security to the Bank of Montreal, legally described as Lot 2 Section 15 Township 26 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan 3379 (PID: 004‑231‑384).​​
