Cococo Chocolatiers Inc.

Introduction and Overview

​​​On August 18, 2021, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as the receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of all current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situated, including all proceeds (the "Property") of Cococo Chocolatiers Inc.

Sales Process

Pursuant to the August 18, 2021 Court order, the Receiver has been authorized to carry out a "stalking horse" marketing and sales process (the "Sales Process") for Cococo's assets.

Cococo is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, and is in the business of producing chocolate and other cocoa confectionary products.

Details with respect to the assets, Sales Process and bidding procedures are posted below. The deadline for submission of offers is October 4, 2021.


The Receiver obtained its discharge on November 18, 2021.
