On March 29, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan in Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Judicial Centre of Saskatoon, as Receiver, without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of JMV Enterprises Ltd. ("JMV") in respect of all the assets and property (the "Property") of JMV acquired for, or used in relation to the business carried on by JMV, including all proceeds thereof.

Following the realization of the assets of the Company and distributions of funds to the secured creditor, the Receiver was discharged by the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan in Bankruptcy and Insolvency on April 25, 2018.
