Please be advised that on the October 16th, 2013 PLG Residential Services, Inc., PLG Corporate Services, Inc., Asty Construction Inc., Con-Forte Contracting Company Inc. and Sas-Can Masonry and Restoration Inc. filed assignments into bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and on October 18th, 2013 Plumb-Line Group Holdings, Inc. filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the BIA, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of all the above mentioned companies (the “Companies”).

The first meeting of creditors for the Companies (the “First Meeting”) is being held at Bankers Hall Auditorium located on Lower Level A/P3, 315 – 8th Avenue SW, accessible by the retail elevators at the north entrance off Stephen Avenue, on Monday, November 4th, 2013 at 8:30am. In order to be eligible to vote at the First Meeting, creditors must have filed, prior to the First Meeting, a valid proof of claim form and, where necessary, a proxy.
