On July 16, 2019, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan (the “Court”) as Receiver of 7 G.B. Enterprises Inc. (“7 G.B.”).  A copy of the Receivership Order is found below. 7 G.B. was a residential property development company incorporated to complete the Douglas Heights project located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

To date, no claims procedure has been approved by the Court and the creditors are therefore not required to file a proof of claim at this time.
