On August 3, 2018, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Judicial District of Calgary as receiver and manager of the current and future assets, undertakings and properties of Hatsize Learning Corporation.
The Receiver obtained its discharge on December 10, 2018.
