​On August 4, 2023, Deloitte Restruct​uring Inc. (“Deloitte”) was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of 11016946 Canada Inc. (“1101”) by virtue of an order (the “Receivership Order”) granted by the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in Bankruptcy and Insolvency (the “Court”), without security, of the assets, collateral and undertakings of 1101 and certain real property of 1101, as more fully described in the Receivership Order.​
