On March 5, 2024, by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court") dated March 5, 2024 (the “Appointment Order"), Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the receiver (in such capacity, the “Receiver") over the right, title and interest of Antamex Industries ULC (the “Debtor") in and to the EDC Priority Collateral and the Leased Equipment and all leases and other agreements, books and records of the Debtor relating in any way thereto, including all proceeds thereof (the “US Property").

On March 14, 2024, the Court issued an amended and restated appointment order (the “Amended Appointment Order") appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as Receiver of all of the assets, property and undertaking of Antamex Industries ULC.

On the April 23, 2024, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court") pursuant to the Order (the “Appointment Order") as the receiver and manager (the “Receiver") without security, of all assets, undertakings and properties of 256 Victoria Street West ULC (“256 Victoria" or the “Debtor") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor (the “Property").

256 Victoria was principally used to hold real property, including the real property municipally known as 256 Victoria Street West, Alliston, Ontario, L9R 1L9, in connection with Antamex Industries ULC. ​​​​

On January 31, 2025, by Order of Justice Penny (the “Bankruptcy Order“) pursuant to section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c-B-3, as amended the Receiver is authorized to file an assignment in bankruptcy in respect to each of the Debtors appointing Farber as Trustee of each of the Debtors.

256 Victoria Street West ULC filed an assignment into bankruptcy on March 18, 2025, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and B. Riley Farber Inc., LIT was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.

Antamex Industries ULC filed an assignment into bankruptcy on March 18, 2025, pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and B. Riley Farber Inc., LIT was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy​
