On the 17th day of March, 2016, Gamet Resources Ltd. ("Gamet") filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal (the "NOI") under Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA") and Ernst & Young Inc. ("E&Y"), consented to act as Trustee under the proposal, all proceedings against Gamet were stayed as of that date. Subsequently, Gamet's NOI was transferred to Deloitte Restructuring Inc. effective August 10, 2016.
