Introduction and Overview

On December 22, 2015, the Court of the Queen's Bench of New Brunswick in Insolvency and Bankruptcy granted a Bankruptcy Order against Kelson Apartments Ltd. ("Kelson" or the "Company"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was named as the Trustee in the Bankruptcy Order.
