​​​​​​​By Order of the Court of King's Bench of New Brunswick (the “Court") dated April 17, 2026 (the “Appointment Order"), Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte") was appointed as the receiver and manager (the “Receiver") of all current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situated, including all proceeds (the “Property") of M&F Leblanc Oil Ltd. (“M&F", the “Debtor", or the “Company").​

​Marketing and Sale Process​

The Receiver has commenced a Court-approved marketing and sale process (“SISP") and is currently soliciting participation in the same.  Details in respect of the proposed timelines for the marketing process and a copy of the SISP procedures is posted below.  The bid deadline, for the delivery of offers shall close at 5:00 p.m. AST on July 17, 2026.
