September 8, 2014 - Take NOTICE that Maudore Minerals Ltd has filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors, a copy of which is attached, and that we have consented to act as trustee.

On February 27, 2015, Maudore Minerals Ltd. hereby sought and obtain an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division) (the “Court”). The Court has appointed Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc.) to monitor the business and financial affairs of the Petioners as an officer of the Court (the “Monitor”).

On May 17, 2016, Maudore Minerals Ltd. filed an assignment and Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt, as stipulated on the Certificate of Appointment.

The first meeting of creditors of the bankrupt will be held on June 3, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the Trustee, at 1190 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Suite 500, Montréal, Québec.

Proof of claim form, proxy form, and a list of creditors with claims amounting to $25 or more are annexed to the notice to creditors. Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of the proceeds realized from the estate.
