September 8, 2014 - Take NOTICE that AURBEC MINES INC. has filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal to its creditors, a copy of which is attached, and that we have consented to act as trustee. Aurbec Mines Inc. was deemed to have filed an assignment on the 6th day of January, 2015 and the undersigned, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (formerly Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc.), was appointed as trustee of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
