​​​​​Reperio Resources Corp. and Heartland Aggregates Corp.

On September 23, 2016, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta (the "Court") as Receiver and Manager of Reperio Resources Corp. ("Reperio") and Heartland Aggregates Corp. ("Heartland") collectively (the "Companies"). 

On July 25, 2022, the Court granted the Bankruptcy Order against Reperio pursuant to an application by Reperio’s secured lender, The Toronto Dominion Bank. Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee ​of Reperio.

The first meeting of creditors for Reperio will be held on August 15, 2022 at 10:00am MTN time through electronic or digital means of communication. To be entitled to vote at the meeting you must file with us, prior to the meeting, a proof of claim form, and where necessary, a proxy (found below). Please contact Kaley Dowler at (780) 862-7415 for teleconference information.

On October 25, 2023, the Reciever was discharged from the estate.
