Pursuant to an Order made by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on July 13, 2018, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as interim receiver (the “Interim Receiver”) without security of the assets, undertakings and properties of Sage Gold Inc. (the “Debtor”). 

Pursuant to the Order, the Interim Receiver did not take possession or control of property of the Debtor. Subsequently, the Interim Receiver is not required to prepare a notice and statement containing the prescribed information relating to this matter to creditors at this time under s.245/6 of the BIA.

On July 30, 2018, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued an Order appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver”) of the assets, undertakings and properties of Sage Gold Inc. (the “Debtor”).  

The Receiver will prepare the notice and statement of the Receiver (Form 87) in relation to this matter to creditors.
