On November 28, 2024, Sperling GP Ltd., Sperling Limited Partnership and 1112849 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors") obtained an Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA") from the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Court"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the Monitor in the CCAA proceedings.
