​Blue Wave Seafoods Incorporated (“Blue Wave” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) on November 15, 2013 pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”). Information on the proceedings can be found below.

Blue Wave Seafoods Incorporated (“Blue Wave” or the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) on November 15, 2013 pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”). A Proposal was filed with the Deloitte Restructuring Inc., acting as the NOI Trustee, on February 17, 2014. During a Meeting of Creditors held on March 24, 2014, the creditors of Blue Wave refused the Proposal and the Company was deemed to have filed an assignment in bankruptcy.  The First Meeting of Creditors of the bankruptcy was also held on March 24, 2014.
