By Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta dated July 25, 2017, Deloitte was appointed as the receiver and manager of the lands and premises described as Plan 0512930 Block 7 Lot 1 (the "Property") and of the undertakings, property and assets of The Bridges Steps Limited Partnership and Giustini Bridges Inc. situate upon or relating to the Property.
The Receiver obtained its discharge on January 11, 2021.
