​​On June 27, 2025, Robert Land Academy (“RLA") filed an assignment in bankruptcy under section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as the trustee of RLA's bankrupt estate.​​

As noted in the Bankruptcy Notice, the first meeting of creditors was held on June 17, 2025 at 11:00am at the offices of Gowlings WLG.​
