​​​​​​​​​​​Please be advised that Deloitte Restructuring Inc was appointed as the Receiver (the “Receiver") of certain lands, other assets and property of Whitewater Concrete Ltd. (“Concrete"), Whitewater Developments Ltd. (“Developments" and together with Concrete, the “Operating Companies") and 145 Golden Drive Ltd. (“145", and together with the Operating Companies, the “Debtors") pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") pronounced on July 2, 2024 (the “Receivership Order"). 

On December 23, 2025, 145 was petitioned into bankruptcy pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. BDO Canada Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee. More information is available at: 145 Golden Drive Ltd. | BDO Canada

On May 21, 2026, the Receiver filed its discharge certificate with respect to 145. Deloitte remains the Receiver of the Operating Companies.

On July 8, 2026, an order (the "Bankruptcy Order") was pronounced by the Court adjudging Concrete bankrupt on the same date, and appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as trustee (the "Concrete Trustee") of the estate of the Company.
