​​​On August 29, 2023, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver and Manager of all the assets, undertakings and property of CanWest Aerospace Inc. ("CW Aerospace") and Can West Global Airparts Inc. ("CW Airparts", together with CW Aerospace, the "Companies").​
