July 9, 2020 – By Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") dated July 9, 2020 (the "Appointment Order"), Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver"), without security, of certain of the assets, undertakings and properties of Back 40 Pictures Inc. (the "Debtor") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor.
