Please be advised that Burry's Shipyard Inc. ("BSI") has filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI Filing") under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ("BIA") on July 10, 2018 (the "Effective Date"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") has been appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the "Trustee") under the NOI Filing.
On October 27, 2018, Burry’s was deemed to have filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 50.4(8) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. The Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy appointed Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
