​Pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Madame Justice Dietrich (the "Receivership Order") of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") granted September 21, 2021, (the "Date of Receivership"), Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed as receiver (the "Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Trinity Centres Cambridge ("TCC").

The Receiver intends to market for sale the real property located at 15 Wellington St. Cambridge ON N1R 3Y4.
