Introduction and Overview

On December 23, 2021, the debtors, BlackRock Metals Inc., BlackRock Mining Inc., BlackRock Metals LP and BRM Metals GP Inc. hereby south and obtained an Initial Order (the "Initial Order") under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") from the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division), district of Montreal (the "Court").
