On February 14, 2025, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed by the Supreme Court of British Columbia as the Receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") without security, of the lands at 4437 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC with PID: 031-340-741 (the “Lands") and all personal property of I4PG Hastings Street Inc., Hastings Street Limited Partnership and I4 Property Group Inc. (collectively, the "Debtors") located at, related to or derived from the Lands, and the share of the nominee (together with the Lands, the “Property").
