As you are aware, on August 7, 2017, the Lenaco Group consisting of: 1847443 Alberta Ltd o/a Vivo Downtown; 1860808 Alberta Ltd.; 1901902 Alberta Ltd.; 1909479 Alberta Ltd.; Angelo's Building Supplies 2015 Inc.; Conte Holdings Inc; I & G Holdings Ltd.; Lenaco Homes Masterbuilder Inc.; Lenaco Properties Inc. (the "Companies") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI") under section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA"). Deloitte Restructuring Inc. consented to act as Trustee under the NOI.
By order of the Courts on August 28, 2017, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was substituted as Trustee by PWC Canada.
