Arc Productions Ltd. and its affiliates ("Arc") were placed into interim receivership pursuant to the order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated August 2, 2016 as endorsed by Penny J. (the “Interim Receivership Order”). Pursuant to the Interim Receivership Order, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed interim receiver to, among other duties, take possession and exercise control of the property of Arc. On August 10, 2016, the interim receiver was appointed as receiver of Arc.
On August 22, 2016, the Receiver closed the sale of substantially all of the assets and undertaking of Arc to Jam Filled Entertainment (Toronto), an affiliate of Boat Rocker Media Inc., pursuant to the order of court made August 19, 2016.

On January 27, 2017, the Court made an Order authorizing the Receiver to assign Arc Productions Ltd. into bankruptcy. The Receiver has done so, and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy issued a Certificate of Appointment of Deloitte Restructuring Inc. as trustee of Arc Productions Ltd. on January 31, 2017.

The documents listed in Appendix A to the Fifteenth Report of the Receiver dated April 9, 2020 can be obtained on request from the Receiver at waleung@deloitte.ca. This issue has now been resolved and the relief with respect to a sealing order will not be proceeding on May 29, 2020.
