​On July 22, 2020, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as the receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of all current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situated, including all proceeds (the "Property") of 1764239 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn & Suites ("HomeStay Inn") and 1885731 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn Express ("HomeStay Express") (collectively the "Debtors" or "Ostrander Hotels"). 

On May 9, 2022, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. obtained its discharge as Receiver of 1764239 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn & Suites and 1885731 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn Express.​

On May 31, 2021, Deloitte Restructuring Inc., was appointed as Trustee of the 1764239 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn & Suites  and 1885731 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn Express.

On August 29, 2022, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. obtained its discharge as Trustee of 1764239 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn & Suites and 1885731 Alberta Ltd. operating as HomeStay Inn Express.
