​On February 12, 2021, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed by the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta as the receiver and manager (the "Receiver") of all current and future assets, undertakings, and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situated, including all proceeds (the "Property") of Eaglesmed Group Inc., and Chris Musah Professional Corporation (collectively the "Debtors"). 

Publicly available documents will be posted to this website as they become available. 

The Receiver obtained its discharge on October 31, 2023.​
