​​​​​​On April 1, 2026, Deloitte Restructuring Inc. was appointed receiver (the “Receiver") pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, in respect of John Scotti Leasing Inc. (the “Debtor").

Notice is hereby given that the bankruptcy of John Scotti Leasing Inc. occurred on August 14, 2026 and that the first meeting of creditors was held on September 2nd, 2026.​

On August 14, 2026, the Receiver, on behalf of the Debtor, filed a voluntary assignment under the BIA, and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (the “Trustee”) was appointed Trustee in the bankruptcy proceedings of the Debtor.
