​​​On January 22, 2021, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in Bankruptcy and Insolvency (the "Court") issued an Order (the "Receivership Order") appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") as an interlocutory receiver of 3304051 Nova Scotia Limited (operating as Hefler Forest Products ("Hefler")) under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Furthermore, on February 11, 2021, the Court issued a subsequent order appointing Deloitte as Receiver and Manager ("Receiver") of Hefler. 

Please be advised that on February 11, 2021, the Court granted an order adjudging Hefler bankrupt (the "Bankruptcy Order").
