​On June 6, 2018, Aspen Air Corporation and Aspen Air U.S. Corp. (the "Companies") each filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the "NOI(s)") pursuant to Section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the "BIA"). 

Subsequently on December 7, 2018, Aspen Air Corporation and Aspen Air U.S. Corp. (the "Companies") were deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy and Deloitte Restructuring Inc. ("Deloitte") was appointed as Trustee of the estate of the bankrupt. 

The Trustee obtained its discharge on September 20, 2021.
