​​​​​​​​​​Take notice that on October 15, 2020, Express Gold Refining Ltd. (the "Applicant") sought and obtained protection pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the "CCAA") before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court"). 

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. has been appointed as monitor in the Applicant's CCAA proceeding (the "Monitor") pursuant to the Initial Order of the Court dated October 15, 2020 (the "Initial Order").

Please be advised that the Stay Extension Order was issued on September 11, 2023 extending the stay of proceedings up to and including December 12, 2023.​
