​​​​​​​​​​​​On April 4, 2024, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in Bankruptcy and Insolvency (the “Court") granted an order (the “Receivership Order") appointing Deloitte Restructuring Inc. (“Deloitte") as the receiver and manager (the “Receiver") without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and and properties of the Sustainable Blue acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Sustainable Blue.  ​​

Marketing and Sale Process

The Receiver has commenced a Court-approved sale and investment solicitation process (“SISP”) and is currently soliciting participation in same.  Details in respect of the proposed timeline for the marketing process and a copy of the SISP procedures is posted below. The bid deadline for the delivery of non-binding expressions of interest in Phase 1 of the SISP shall close at 5:00 p.m. (Atlantic Daylight Time) on July 12, 2024.
